RPG Superstar 2013: Steven Helt!

After 4 months and more than half a million votes cast, we are proud to announce that Steven Helt is the winner of RPG Superstar™ 2013! Paizo will be publishing Helt's winning Pathfinder Module proposal, which has been renamed Tears at Bitter Manor.

  Round 2 Floodwalker (Witch)
  Round 1 Quicksand Cloak

The three runners-up, Matthew Duvall of Chicopee, MA, Scott Fernandez of Allen Park, MI, and Pedro Coelho of Sau Paulo, Brazil, have won assignments to write Pathfinder Society Scenarios.

Congratulations again to Steven and look out for Tears at Bitter Manor, coming this November!

Congratulations to Steven for really being a Vrock solid designer throughout the competition. To Pedro and Matt, it's been one helluva run gentlemen.

I gotta disagree with James Jacobs on this but I think the original title for the module was better. The new one seems a little too cryptic and too spoilerish. Also the old title is the central element to the plot while the new name is just one piece of the adventure. It's about as badly named as The Cyphermage Dilemma.

Congrats, Steven. BTW, i hate the name change and see it as a bad sign of things to come. I just hope they don't change your awesome idea so much as to make it something completely different than what the fans of rpg superstar voted for.

Congrats on the win.

November is such an ambitious date seeing as how the previous RPG Superstar's module kept getting pushed back and will be over a year if it actually hits the May 22nd release date. That module is only 32 pages and this one is supposedly 64. You really have your work cut out for you or failing that, someone at Paizo might.
