I'm generally not one to add apps to my phone on a whim, but I'll give this one a shot.

... and it looks like the "books" are paid for. So this is definitely not for me, but I wish luck to the developers and great enjoyment to those who go in for this kinda thing.

I've bought the core rules. I'd rather pay that $4 usd than have the app riddled with ads.

Will the app be getting updated with the new core?

You may want to try our Free Book and keep an eye out for challenges - anyone can play them, regardless of if they own the content.

Also, we will start weekly adventures, 100% free to play, starting on Monday, October 23rd. You may also want to look for those, as any participant will have a chance to win a prize.

Hey H20sw,

We couldn't agree more with regard to ads. Non-skippable ads in-game is something we felt would not be appropriate. We thought taking that route would be detrimental to the general experience of players.

And yes: the app will be updated to be aligned with the remastered version. Questions for the Player Core will be released sometime in November and will be free to whoever purchased the Core Rulebook.

This seems to freeze on the smartphone I bought only for testing games back when I was studying game production :'D

Bought all the rulebooks, great way to learn some lore and refresh your knowledge

Also i would like to get the possibility to make shorter or longer Adventures, because I would like it to set the number of questions for myself and via the share option my party.
I would also like to have the possibility to set the categories of questions. I plan to use it as a Lore ans rules quiz for my Extinction Curse Party and I would like them to answer each week specific questions like Absalom and the Starstone isles only.

Bugs (tested on iOS):
- There is no "finish" to the quizzes when you complete or fail them. When I have answered the last question (or failed) there is no "end". I have to press the X to abort the quiz, which gives me a warning that "Progress will not be saved". Whut? I was at the end anyway.
- When pressing X to abort a quiz, I must select Cancel or Confirm. After selecting Confirm, I am back to the front page, but the Cancel or Confirm dialog is still shown, and I can't progress until I press Cancel on this second Cancel/Confirm dialog.

Feedback:
"At which level does class X gain Y" are boring questions. They are only about memorizing almost irrelevant numbers you look up during the game anyway - it is much more interesting with questions that pertain to game mechanics, which have information that is way more useful to know by heart.

It's quite fun actually. Good way to kill time in the office as it's dead dead in here.

This is a great. I am totally needing out over this. I bought the core rulebook add-on immediately.

I do wish there was a way to play without the timer. I immediately imagine reading these questions/options out to a group of people like a trivia night. The timer would make that a very challenging endeavor.

Regardless, I am already enjoying the app. Thanks for this!

I don't expect the timer will be removed from the Adventure game mode, but we are planning to add features in the future. A game mode without a timer might very well happen.
