I got a canned response of "not our problem" from Paizo, to which I asked "can you confirm you have my payment?" Then my post in the prior thread was followed by:

We've investigated on the Paizo side and found some instances where an order was not properly routed to Archon and are correcting those now. We've also found a few orders that have been sent to Archon but have not yet been processed, and we've contacted Archon to sort those out.

If you haven't seen any movement in the next week, please contact customer.service@paizo.com and open a ticket so we can track it down.

So a least things are moving despite a communication level throughout that would certainly have had most of us fired.

On the plus side archon got back to me within one day and confirmed they have it, just shipping in between their other campaigns.

@Ghost725: there are relatively few horror stories on here about folks not getting their stuff (as opposed to not getting it quickly), but it does happen. What happened to me, for example, is that Paizo shipped some stuff via the post office, and the tracking eventually said the package had been delivered — four states away from me. So I got in touch with Paizo, and they said "we'll send you a new shipment". That was on a Tuesday. The following Friday, I got an email at 11 AM saying the new shipment was about to be shipped. At 1130 the post office delivered the original shipment to me. Contacted Paizo to try to shortstop the replacement, but it was too late. They told me "when you get it, just take it to the post office and send it back". So I did. No, I didn't have to pay return shipping.

Point is: Paizo was very receptive to the problem and fixed it pretty quickly. OTOH they may have had more people in CS back then. I would think if you email CS and tell 'em how long it's been they'll do for you what they did for me.

Of course, if the problem isn't Paizo, but Archon, well, I don't know Archon. :-)

Got a box of minis (big thank you to Archon!). The details on the minis are nice. Haven't begun to clip and assemble; motivation for Starfinder is lacking. Still, when I have some free time, maybe putting a few together will rekindle some of those old feelings.

I backed the original KS but have since changed my email address. I submitted a ticket with Archon multiple times since they took over the project. These include my old email and my KS backer number. The most recent ticket I created was 05Jan2023. Is there any way more reliable to get in contact with them? Now that they are finally shipping out to the old backers I would love to get my hands on some of these minis!

No. Archon contact has been fairly awful. I opened 3 support cases and did their "change address" thing four times, only for it to still be sent to my old address.

Has anyone heard anything recently about the status of this project? I will say that as a full backer (in the USA) I have received all of the mini's I see on the Paizo website. This includes original single figure boxes as well as the most recent batch of minis packaged in bulk on large sprues in several plastic bags. Figures look nice, but are any more in the works and what would be the timing?

Nope, nothing in a while. I come back and check from time to time but nothing in a long time.

Yeah.... nearly been a year since they announced they were actually shipping some of the minis and no news since about if the rest of the minis are ever going to exist.

Im a full backer and I never got my minis or a response to any of my posts or emails.

With Starfinder 2 being announced, is there any more news about if what we got is everything we're going to or are we still getting Waves 2 and 3 for the others?

On similar notes, I have realized that one of the models only came with one when it was supposed to be a pack with three skittermanders and two Skittermander Whelps (although I apreciate the Skittermander Whelps weren't ready

Just stopping in, been a few months and I know Archon has been busy. Updates would be nice again, and I hope the best for your current Gamefound Campaign.

The terrain looks epic and you guys have always delivered early on DnL.

It would be nice to get an update as to where we are at.

Let's be honest with ourselves.. we got scammed...we are never going to see what we put money up for..everyone from the top down got what they wanted....money or good pr...we get what little scraps are left cause they want this failure to die and go away...

Just don't make a huge deal out of it or lord knows they lead management of paizo will dox you and not even thing twice about it.

So Wave 10 has just been announced from Archon for November...do us Kickstarter Backers see anything yet?
