Later on, I hope for Vasu to pick up an ioun stone or two. They're just so cool. Plus, implanting magical stones in one's body gives them quite the dramatic flair and imposing appearance, doesn't it?

No problem! Responses to Gogrin's outburst can be done / posted "after the fact" as if you had said it then, just let me know at what parts of the commentary you said them at.

i.e. I am under the impression Suzume spoke before Sealith left, and before Alexis offered him the glass of wine before dueling, leading Gogrin's response to him also complimenting Sealith as if she were still there.

Was going to use my Resolve(Unstoppable) ability to get in one more strike before I hit negative hit points, but I don't trust a GM to let me off easy after a sparring match, and thought I'd save it for a real fight. Have to wonder if I would have won with that strike, though.

Considering that seagulls enjoy taking a fecal passage on my head all the time, I thought that a race of bird creatures would consider the passing of bowels upon one's head to be the ultimate insult. They are implying that the target of their action is worth nothing more than crap. Pellets, on the other hand, are considered to be almost sacred by Syrinx. The production of pellets is something that separates Syrinx from common foul, and the bones in the pellets are proof of their predatory ability.

I just evaluated a race's views upon crap. I feel like something is wrong with me.

Aww shoot, I posted this to the discussion thread. I'm going to spoiler the above post to avoid the extra clutter it caused.

I think I've been getting into character a bit too much. That or I've been drawing Vasu too much.

So I take a medication that is quite helpful in most respects but gives me horrible nightmares. Last night, my nightmare involved having my flesh ripped off by a massive Syrinx. *shivers* I was walking up a set of stairs, and with every step I took, the Syrinx ate more of my body.

Alright, so! Now that we have really gotten the role playing of what you are all doing down, and you guys are bolstering your capabilities and jobs like crazy, we are going to move AWAY from downtime weekly checks and instead individual / daily events will be determined by the rolls within that day.

This will make it a lot easier to reward you guys, instead of me going "well f&*~ they can only get "X" far because this is their week's production."

If anyone would still like to be making gold during this downtime, please feel free to let me know and I'll start allowing time for weekly craft checks.
