My choosing this avatar has a long story that has only a funny and tenuous connection to necromancy, death, or its connection to the apocalypse. Odd as that may seem, particularly since usually I play a good guy.

I just want to say that I approve of more long-term series of scenarios with staggered levels. Makes it much more likely that people can play through them with the same character, and even playing through right in a row isn't impossible - for these three everyone in the group would have to start at 4.1 to 5.2, hardly impossible.

The Gloomspires series is really written in a "coming back every year" kind of way.. you don't have to play them immediately one after another, probably you shouldn't - I think both Halls and Labyrinth have been at their best on high tier.
But I totally agree with you that this planned-ahead staggered level format is a good thing.

You could argue that the Weighted Swing has something of a connection...
