I liked Rocky Balboa and the last Rambo. Were they Oscar material? No, but it was obviously an effort on Stallone's part to finish the stories of two characters he'll forever be attached to.

Damn those BattleTech guys out here in Minnesota. I finally thought I shook the monkey off my back and just a couple (okay, a dozen) hours playing with them and I'm looking for minis again.

Rizzoli & Isles would be much better if they started kissing.

Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy and Stieg Larsson's Lisbeth Salander books have really stoked my reading appetite again. If you get a chance, pick them up. They some of the few books that I didn't figure out the ending 20 pages in.

I played in the same Battletech campaign for 9 years. Damn I wish that would start back up. I would even make a new character. I went through 2 of them. Second one was executed by jump jet.
