My day has officially just been made! Next week is looking better already.

Dark Archive

Hawt news ! Thanks Sean.

That cover deserves to be made a poster. And those poses the Iconics have would work great as minis. Just sayin ...

this post is a bigger tease than my prom date.

Liberty's Edge

Awesome. I'm looking forward to it.

Please Preview Witch Patrons! I NEED THEM!

Woot!

Looking forward to some of the spells/feats that may be previewed.

This will kick the proverbial ass!

Liberty's Edge

As I like playing spell casters, I am truly looking forward to this. Perhaps we can see a write up of Seltyiel as our iconic magus. (Versions of Seltyiel as downloads for Pathfinder Society play would be welcome, but could easily wait for another work to come out.)

One thing that I hope to see is ways to personalize casters. If someone is primarily focused on using one magical element, perhaps there is a way to have their spells reflect this through feats. (So, perhaps a fire elementalist wizard casting a charm person spell uses hypnotizing flame.)

Unfortunaltely, the new patrons will probably get many new spells, making a patron spell-list preview mostly useless und thus unlikely.

But I'm still holding my breath for a healing-focused patron! *suffocates slowly*

Yes, these would be great poses. Maybe a line of iconics in action would be a great idea.

Hyrum.

You are masters of suspense.

Did we just get a preview of the preview? :P

That said, I hope we get a monk preview. I'm very curious what they did to make the monk count as a spell-casting class.

I can't remember if this was answered before on the product page thread, but there are new prestige classes in here as well, right? (hoping for more prestige classes that will sync with the Magus, Oracle, and Summoner)

Sczarni

Familiars, patrons, and maguseseses...

U agree with Tiny Coffee Golem.

I second any new information on witches and their patrons.

They did nothing to monk...they just defined their ki powers as magic. See no waiting.

Why do you want a healing based patron? Don't witches get cure spells and well as some cure like hexes anyway?

Kaiyanwang needs new hardcover.

Bring preview soon.

There are quite good at healing normal damage but they don't get (Lesser) Restoration. And Greater Restoration is only available to a single (for me not very appealing) Patron and even than it comes very late (level 14) and is expensive. All the HP-healing power doesn't help much if your witch is the party's only healer and someone gets his constitution drained to 1.

Also, getting heal and/or raise dead earlier would be nice. Breath of Life would be great, too.

So with prior previews for books, were they usually on a specific day of the week? Or was it variable?

Just wondering which day 'next week' we might see the first preview. :)

Its like waiting for a baby to be born.... So exciting!

Well, I am looking forward to this book even more so as I want to see what added options I have with feats and spells for my Sorcerer.

1)Can't wait see what there is for Sorcerers(Bloodlines, feats, spells, etc.)
2)New stuff for Oracles(revelations, mysteries, etc.)
3)New feats in general
4)New Spells
5)New Familiars
6)Anything for the Witch class in general
7)The Magus class
8)New archtypes
9)New channeling abilities/uses
10)everything else

Please no one flame me, but I am not as excited about the Magus as the rest of the book.

From my understanding, the Magus has a mixture of spellcaster and fighter in him. I am someone who prefers to focus on one or the other than try to jack of trades with both.

You end up usually only casting half the spell levels and losing out fighter type abilities.

I know they have to keep it balanced and that is how the class is designed, but I just get frustrated in being cut off early spell levels. Well, kind of like the Duskblade.

*wakes up* What are we doing again? OH YEA!

Please preview cleric archetypes! I need them!
