It's really not that difficult. I've taken his high-level cleric (Meskhenet) negative a few times (she has an 11 AC!), and Frost has famously killed his mid-level Bard's mule.

It's called the Osirion diving reflex, duh! We are not used to being submerged and our upper respiratory systems react to prevent too much water from infiltrating too quick. Read your supplements Kyle!
