There's spinning at PaizoCon? I'm confused. I hope any distaffs and spindles have the appropriate safety features.

What does one sew and spin?

Hats? Mittens? +1 leather armor?

I just showed my wife this picture. She sews and spins, so it is now slightly more likely I might make it to a future PaizoCon.

If they scrapbooked too that might get my wife to go.

Blackjack and my wife is so there.

Had this conversation with my woman. All I know is that I can't go to Seattle w/o her (i.e. she would not be pleased if I went solo and be stuck here), but she has no desire for the gaming culture. Maybe ... we can send off our women on their own (mis)adventures around the city?

Hmmmm....

We need to figure out a way to get women into gaming.

Somebody had to say it.

My wife does game with me. Sometimes she knits while she plays. However, gaming all day wouldn't appeal to her, so having some other options available would be helpful.

I saw someone posting pictures of art museums.
