  1. 2017, A Big Year for Pathfinder Society

Every year goes by so quickly, yet every year I end up looking back and realizing just how long it's been—and how much we've accomplished—since January. 2017's no exception. All the work that went into getting Starfinder Society going, we've been keeping busy bringing you more stories, adventures, art, and memories in Pathfinder Society Roleplaying Guild. While we've enjoyed all of the scenarios, there's a handful that I feel really defined 2017.

  2. These Are a Few of Our Favorite Things (of 2017)

This past year has been a big wild ride. We launched Starfinder to great success, had a busy Gen Con watching the book fly off the shelves, and put out some amazing books that aren't set in space. We've even had some changes in our line-up, with changing job titles and responsibilities that helped a number of us take a step up. 2017 has been full of excitement (and a little chaos, but what creative endeavor doesn't have at least a little chaos?). It's been a busy year for everyone here at Paizo, and I wanted to give the developers and designers a chance to talk about some of the projects they've worked on this year that they've enjoyed working on the most. Being a creator can be rough sometimes, and it's important to feel pride about the things you've helped make.

  3. Happy Holidays from the Paizo Crew!

Another year is coming to a close, and 2017 has been a landmark year for us at the Paizo office! In the last few weeks, we've begun reflecting on and collecting memories from the last 12 months, and the support that you, our community of amazing fans, have given to our projects. We're blown away by it all, and before we begin our recap blogs for the year, we want to take a moment to say: thank you!

  4. Fear and Sunburn in the Pact Worlds

The Organized Play team is quite excited to showcase the release of this month's Starfinder Society scenario: Starfinder Society #1-07: The Solar Sortie by Paizo freelance veteran, Jenny Jarzabski. I've known Jenny for years, and she's made numerous contributions to the Pathfinder line. She's worked on printed projects like Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Heaven Unleashed and Pathfinder Player Companion: Paths of the Righteous, as well as on Pathfinder Society projects like Pathfinder Society Quests: Honor's Echo and Pathfinder Society Scenario #8-05: Ungrounded but Unbroken.

  5. Adventures Along the Arcadian Ocean

The approaching solstice marks the point at which the Paizo office starts to look a little emptier for a few weeks. Just because a bunch of folks are taking some time off, though, doesn't signal any break in scenario production. We have two new scenarios coming out tomorrow, December 20th. Consider the early release our holiday gift to you!
