Unfortunately when This order arrived I had received the wrong Pawn Collection. You sent me the Summon Monster Pawn Collection and not the Pathfinder Society Pawn Collection that I ordered.

This is additionally troublesome as rather than just have it ship with my next subscription I paid for it to be shipped separately to ensure that it would arrive before Feb 15th when I will want it available for use.

Hello Greywulfe,

I'm sorry to hear you got an incorrect item! I have set up a replacement which is shipping out along with your February subscription order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting that change. If you'd rather it go on its own please let me know and I will get it separated out.

I have also issued a refund for the shipping to your store credit. You should be able to see and use it right away.

I am going to take my chances on it getting here in time now that I know the schedule for shipping. Hopefully it will get here in time.

I am a little bit confused. I thought this was going to ship with my subscription, but I just got an email saying that the replacement shipped on its own and I was charged shipping again.

I looked at the order in My Account, #4213813, and the order also now has the wrong shipping method for the remaining products. I have my subscriptions set to always ship via UPS, I prefer to be able to track my shipments so I know when to expect them. What is going on with my subscription and this replacement?

This month seems to be positioning me to be a pain in the neck, sorry.
