My understand is that oracle minor curse status penalty applies to each effect individually and affects per round effect every round. For example:
A lvl 13 life oracle under minor curse that casted Healer's Blessing and then Regenerate in itself:
Regenerate: 15 - 6 status penalty = 9 HP per round
Healer's Blessing: 14 - 6 status penalty = 8 additional healing
But I will understand who question that apply minor curse penalty per round is too much. So I'm OK with those who understand that's OK to apply the penalty only once. But not to those who try to ignore the penalty in Healer's Blessing. They are different spells.

I think the curse effect might be dealt with the summoner dedication ( healing the eidolon instead ).
You can't mitigate, reduce, or remove the effects of your oracular curse by any means other than Refocusing and resting for 8 hours.
You can't mitigate the curse's effects in any way. Having an Eidolon isn't going to help you.

You are not the target of the healing.
The eidolon is.
And, as the summoner class specifies, summoner and eidolon are 2 different entities.
The pool is shared.
If I were to heal myself, the life oracle, I'd take a penalty because I have an irremovable curse, but the eidolon doesn't.
Or else it would mean that the eidolon is cursed too, and that casting healer's blessing on the eidolon would work on the summoner too ( as any other spell).
I just found a mention for aoe healings with different values.
if you and your eidolon are both subject to the same effect that affects your Hit Points, you apply those effects only once (applying the greater effect, if applicable).
