The general idea would be to have a tribalite use magical tattoos as a sort of conduit for their spellcasting. I have been scratching my head thinking which bloodline would be the best, but i can't decide. Right now my choices seem to boil down to Arcane, Martyred, Orc and MAYBE Phoenix, orc seems to stand out specifically just because i want this characters magic to be more...raw and unrefined which would fit well And since im going into tattooed mystic the bloodline arcana is frankly the most important piece of this whole puzzle.
What kind of tribe? More detail on the tribal culture would help.
What level are you entering the prestige class?
To avoid losing two BAB in a row, I would take an even number of Sorcerer levels before entering. Level 6 is probably the perfect place to jump out of Sorcerer, since the archetype abilities gained at 7 & 9 are relatively useless to you once you enter the prestige class. Your saves go up, and you get your 3rd-level spells, too. Given the prerequisites, level 6 is the earliest one could enter the prestige class anyways... so waiting until level 7 can't be THAT bad.
Half-Orc with the Sacred Tattoos alternative racial feature would be quite thematic if you were to choose the Orc Bloodline...

Indigenous, Primeval, Intentionally using rudimentary materials to create their villages.

Probably 5 since my main goal is to get as many stacks of pouncing beast so i can use summon monster as a standard action for all levels
The Immolation of the Phoenix bloodline states its duration is based on character level not class level. That means you continue to gain rounds from other classes. If you are going past 15th level the 9th level Vermilion Wings has an unlimited duration. Being able to heal multiple targets would be a very useful ability in a primitive tribe. The fact you are using fire to heal makes it even more fitting. Using a burning hands spell to heal your tribe’s warriors seems to be pretty raw and unrefined.
Orc also seems appropriate, but means you gain light sensitivity. The bloodline arcana is great for a blaster, but if you are focusing on summons it may not be as important. Darkvision is good if your race does not already have it. 90 feet darkvision is useful, but the light sensitivity is still a problem. The bonus to save vs fear and natural armor bonus are also useful.
The martyred bloodline fuels a lot of its abilities from your HP. Since you are not increasing your sorcerer level Rallying Cry is going to be pretty weak. This bloodline seems a little passive and not all that impressive. This does not seem to fit what you are looking for.
Arcane is a pretty good bloodline but seems to be a little refined for a primitive culture. While the abilities actually do make your magic more powerful, they don’t really impress others.
My recommendation would be to go with the Phoenix. The image of a sorcerer engulfed in flame throwing fireballs to heal his own troops seems like something that would seems to be more impressive than one modifying spells in ways the observer does not even realize. If you are ok with the light sensitivity and want to go for a blaster Orc would work well.
