Breath of the Dragon

I'm referring to the Dragon Disciple ability Dragon Breath. If I am a Cleric, and I MC into this dedication what would the DC be based on?

Dragon Disciple ability Dragon Breath gives you the same Dragon Breath from Sorcerers.
The Dragon Disciple Dedication already says this on "You become trained in arcane spell DCs and arcane spell attack rolls". It's not clear about what stat you will use but probably is Cha due the innate nature of the thing.

It's a homebrew but if you aren't playing in PFS and your GM isn't too rules lawyer and your Cleric worship a draconic deity you may enter in a deal to use your divine proficiency with Wiz instead.

Ah damn, as a Cleric I have 10 INT and if I'm only trained and can never go above that that means this ability will suck?

Yes because your spell casting proficiency will never rise.

Charisma is probably the right ability score based on the theme of this type of magic. It should say but it doesn't.

If your build idea isn't require you to be a cleric but a divine caster. An good alternative to have Dragon Breath is make a Wyrmblessed Sorcerer or an Oracle + Wyrmblessed Sorcerer Dedication.

This allows you to have access to divine spells like heal at same time allows you to Breath and have some other draconic abilities. For more offensive and defensive build The Oracle + Wyrmblessed Sorcerer allows you to have a better AC at same time that you can take builtin focus points and refocus progression. This is specially effective with Tempest Oracles + Electricity dragon based Wyrmblessed Sorcerer Archetype + Dangerous Sorcery + Divine Access (to take Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning).
This combination allows to have very strong combination of 2 of the best damage spells with extra damage at same time you keep a strong lightning damage breath spell while have a good AC and 8HP per level class.

I recommend also getting Sorcerer Dedication if you can fit it in, that way you can get Sorcerer Spellcasting feats which will increase your Arcane Casting proficiency up to Master. Also you must take this dedication first if you're not a Kobold, but I think it's safe to assume you are.

I do agree that Charisma is the proper stat, as they are Bloodline focus spells, and Sorcerers use Charisma.

Dragon Disciple sounds cool, but it doesn't work with Cleric all that well, due that the feat refers to the base Draconic Sorcerer benefit (as the feat was written prior to Wyrmblessed Bloodline existing). It would work better with a Wizard, Witch, Magus, or Summoner, whom already (can) have Arcane Spellcasting proficiency boosts, but given that it's Charisma-based, it's a no-go there, either.

Wyrmblessed Sorcerer dedication does let you have Draconic abilities under a Divine spellcasting tradition, but the issue then becomes you never get access to this ability, since there are no feats for it.

At this point, you're basically going to have to talk to your GM about this to see if you can utilize the Wyrmblessed version of this ability compared to the original Draconic version of this ability, since they are otherwise identical, and the only difference being that they are of different spellcasting traditions.
