Two simple questions:
Does Vengeful Hatred break the idea of an NG Champion Redeemer?

Can a Dwarf have Undead as the focus of their Vengeful Hatred?

Not really. Even Redeemer Champions have to attack and kill things eventually. Redemption can only be offered for so long...

It would fall into the 'Special' line. If the GM allows it, you could have a Dwarf that has Undead as their Vengeful Hatred target. Probably most appropriate for a Death Warden Dwarf.
