How to use Arcane spells as a Primal Sorcerer

Rules Discussion

I am a Tengu Sorcerer, I use primal spells due to my bloodline, I was wondering if there's a way or feat to have the ability to add arcane spells to my spell list. Is this possible? How would I be able to do so?

The Magaambya is your best bet, training to become a Halcyon Speaker - it's an archetype about blending arcane and primal magic together, associated with the oldest magical school in the setting.

That said, you will not be adding Arcane spells to your Primal spell list.

Crossblooded evolution and greater cbe level 8 and 18 allow you to do what you want

I mean, what exactly are you looking for from the arcane spell list? The other people here mentioned some good options, but there is a big difference in wanting this because you think some specific arcane spells would be fun to use versus wanting arcane spells to lean more into a wizard theming for your character, and that could determine which option would be best for your character. If it's for thematic reasons you might even be able to replicate your idea without taking arcane spells, like for example I could see a thaumaturge or loremaster dedication possibly working even though they won't give you arcane spells.

Other than what people above mentioned already: if you use Free Archetype you can take dedication of Arcane caster. It won't "add" those spells into your spell list, but it will give you a "side option" to cast Arcane spells, depending on what exactly you want to achieve.

The other thing I would recommend is to take Thaumaturge Dedication and learn feat Scroll Thaumaturgy, which lets you use scrolls of every tradition. It's great for storing other tradition spells without having second spell lists/preparation to maintain. Yes, scrolls cost gold, but again it depends what you want to achieve.

For example my Fighter with Scroll Thaumaturgy can have bunch of scrolls of Enlarge, Longstrider, Heroism, See Invisibility, Ghostly Weapon etc. giving me tons of hidden options without me bothering with preparing spells.

Also consider Ancestral BloodMagic Human and Elves can get almost any low level spell in through ancestry feats, and lots of other ancestries have options too. This brings them into your main slots and main spell casting tradition.

Divine also get Blessed Blood.

This approach relies on the GM going along with some favorable readings, so be polite if you ask for it rather than insisting it's totally how the rules work. If you take the Summoner multiclass with a fey eidolon, at fourth level you can Initial Eidolon Ability to get the initial benefit for a fey eidolon.

Quote:

Fey Gift Spells

Your eidolon expands your primal magic with enchantment and illusion magic, allowing both of you to wield the power of fey charm and glamour. When you add spells to your repertoire, you can choose from the primal list as well as from enchantment and illusion spells that appear on the arcane spell list. As usual for when you add spells of a different tradition to your spell list, you're still a primal spellcaster, so all of your spells are primal spells.

Your eidolon gains the Magical Understudy summoner feat, despite not meeting the prerequisite level, and it can choose fey gift cantrips in addition to primal cantrips. As usual for a feat you are granted by name, you can't retrain Magical Understudy into another feat.

Reasonable GMs might restrict that to the repertoire you can get by taking more Summoner archetype feats, but you are a primal caster with a repertoire. If your goal is "I want my fey-bloodline character to be able to actually cast with a list that feels fey," it's a reasonable approach and the GM might okay it.

It'd help to know what you're trying to do more specifically, though.
