for the Chromotherapy Medicine Feat

When using a torch, lantern, or other artificial light source to illuminate an area of dim light or darker, you use a combination of alchemical reagents, medicinal components, and colored lenses to turn that light one of seven colors, allowing you to help an ally recover from persistent damage.

The use of "artificial light source" its intended to exclude magical light, to exclude natural light like sunlight, or both?

My interpretation is that any point source of light that you can get control over would qualify. I don't think it is restricted to non-magical light. So the torch and lantern that it gives as examples would work. So would a sunrod. Or a light cantrip that you or an ally cast. Dancing Lights would probably work as long as whoever is sustaining them keeps them all in one place.

You don't get to control sunlight though. Or moonlight, so if it is causing more than dim light that would also prevent Chromotherapy. Similarly if the enemies have torches too, you don't get to control their torches without first disarming them of the torches. Even if it is allies that have additional torches, you need to get the other ones far enough away that they don't provide too much light for Chromotherapy to work.
