Reporting issues with Foundry VTT module

How and where do I go about reporting issues with Foundry VTT modules like Abomination Vaults?

In case I'm in the right place, the Rollable table for the Fetid Lake Encounters and Quiet Lake Encounters provide linked creature output in the chat output, but the Hunting Grounds Encounters do not. A minor issue, but with the other tables doing it nicely, it would be nice to have them all consistent.

That would be the Foundry website.

Foundry is a 3rd party publisher that licenses Paizo Intellectual Property to create their own products. Paizo staff do not have access to Foundry servers or code.
