Still requires a spear, i'm talking about COMPLETE support. I.E(The only thing i need is my lute and the road) or something cheezy like that.

You could put the banner on just a pole, then be the flag core who accompany a marching band.
Well this is what i came up with so far
Duettist Bard
Traits:Reactionary
Indominable Faith
1.Toughness
3.Evolved Familiar(Claws)
5.Mauler's Endurance
7.Encouraging Spell
9.Evolved Familiar(Bite)
11.Spirits Gift(Mammoth)
13.Evolved Familiar(Pounce)
Pet Dog(Act as fox) for familiar
Spirit of the Horse
Greater Dire Collar
Basically go duettist, make your familiar a mauler, juice it up as much as you can an have it do a lot of the heavy lifting, this will completely free you up to focus on support spells, masterpieces, and skills

Your proposed Duettist isn't bad, but you have sank everything into making your familiar pull your weight in combat... and the build, itself, seems to rely entirely on generic Bard support stuffs, without any investment in actually being a support character. All those feats dedicated to a combat Familiar are same as you taking combat feats for yourself. There is nothing especially support about that build/character, in my opinion.
The Flagbearer/Banner of Ancient Kings build simply has a Longspear... which they use primary to carry a flag. The flag bolsters the Bard's ability to support the party. The spear happens to also work well with Combat Reflexes/Bodyguard... another way the Bard can support the party. Arcane Strike/Gloves of Arcane Striking adds your Arcane Strike bonus to Aid Another... like the Aid Another you use with Bodyguard. That's a support build/character. Everything about the build/character is dedicated to being a better Bard, for the party.
I'll take another look at Duettist, see what I can come up with...

Well the idea is that if my familiar is pulling my weight, then i can dump str and even potentially dex and funnel all my stats into Charisma, constitution and maybe some intelligence for more skills which would by extension boost my performances, spells and masterpieces.

Mysterious Stranger |

A bard focusing on spells instead of combat could work. The bard spell list has a lot of illusion and enchantment spells, both of which can be very effective. A gnome bard focusing on illusion should work fairly well. As long as the campaign is not focused on things that are immune to mind affecting effects are probably ok.

Basically I want something thats hard support and a musician and performer before anything else.
As of now the only thing I found that fits this is the duettist, but I'm open to other suggestions
If you get a warhorse put in a claim for being able to benefit from its barding as well as your mount. Makes sense right?
But you may well be bardfrom combat heavy campaigns. Then again you could do well in campaigns set in australia, which tend to be wombat heavy.
I hope you get on better with such logical claims than I do. I am still searching for a DM who will allow me to max out KS Local and use it for every skill roll made in the local area. I don't know what the problem can possibly be and the logic is clear.
I have not had much luck playing a quadruped and claiming 2 bonus feats either. Bloody GMs...
