Right, you just take two Strides, each of which gains the +5 movement. Any time you would plan to take 2 or 3 Strides, just use Warp Step and they all gain the extra distance.
It's pretty situational as a base cantrip, but good for a getaway sprint. Much better in the modified version for a Psychic of course.

Yup, you just move twice at +5 base speed with the same two actions required to cast the spell. If you use your third action in the round to move as well, you will have gotten a total of +15 feet of distance.
Very handy little spell to have, in my opinion, for anyone dipping for non-offensive cantrips. A rogue might find themselves moving twice quite often to safely get into a flanking position.
It's neat

How does this work: "You gain a +5-foot status bonus to your Speed until the end of your turn. You then Stride twice."
In general, things like that are called Subordinate Actions - where one action tells you to use a different action or two. Other common ones being Sudden Charge (stride, stride, strike), Flurry of Blows (strike, strike) and so on.
You don't pay additional action cost for subordinate actions, and you can't replace a subordinate action with a similar action. Not allowed to do Sudden Charge (stride, stride, Flurry of Blows) for example.

Thanks for the clarifications!
This seems like a good spell to have on a wand or scroll.
Uh, not really no. For one, cantrips aren't really good on those, and for another the action cost of retrieving a wand or scroll would make it absolutely worthless.

Right. You can't put cantrips, focus spells, or rituals on wands or scrolls.
You can have a cantrip on a staff.
And you can have Cantrip Cards.
Though probably the best option would be a homebrew Spellheart.
