Suppose your character has both hands free and wants to throw some darts or knives. Does it matter which hand he throws with? It looks to me like RAW it doesn't -- which effectively means all player characters are ambidextrous. Am I wrong?

Extra credit question: can he throw two darts (one from each hand) on the same attack?

Every adventurer is ambidextrous. Dual wielding doesn't have specific rules but there are abilities that support it like double slice, twin feint or dual parry. In the two weapon warrior archetype, there's "dual thrower" that accomplishes what you're asking. Takes 2 actions but you can ignore map.

no.

You can make multiple attack with an action/activity [say Double Slice with Dual Thrower].

Not as one Strike though. Each hand throwing something would be its own Strike action.

Like was mentioned earlier, it could be as part of an activity that includes two Strike actions.

To add on, strikes don't depend on the number of attacks you're using. You can't combine two melee weapon strikes into one action even if each weapon is in a different hand (without the feats graystone lists anyway) or unarmed strikes either.

We've got the entire ninja clan here today.

Liberty's Edge

Note that you're also facing everywhere at the same time.

I view that as having plenty of time to turn to face the threat, not "facing everywhere at the same time". <shrug>
