Siphon life and undead

Rules Discussion

Hello, I have a question about siphon life feat.

If a character hit a undead opponent, does it make also negative damage ?

Thanks for your future answer.

Unless it is a living undead, then the answer is no.

So, the undead is not healing, is it right ?

There's no reason it would. Negative damage only heals undead when the effect specifically says so. Just like positive damage and living creatures.
