If a character hit a undead opponent, does it make also negative damage ?

If you hit and the target is a living creature, it takes 4d6 additional negative damage, depending on its Fortitude save.
Unless it is a living undead, then the answer is no.
So, the undead is not healing, is it right ?
There's no reason it would. Negative damage only heals undead when the effect specifically says so. Just like positive damage and living creatures.
