Is it possible to hide the forum posts of specific other users from view?

I keep encountering posts by those prone to harass me for having a dissenting opinion, and I'd just rather not have to interact with them anymore.

No.

There is nothing inherent within the forums allowing you to do this but I believe there is a browser extension which will do it.

This extension slightly fades out the posts of people you mark. In the future, if you want to avoid being "harassed for your opinions", I suggest not starting baseless arguments and ignoring evidence that you're wrong about factual information.

The extension they mentioned up thread but failed to link, it is named Paizo Campaign Tools, which allows you to either greyscale posts/replies from users or to just fully hide them.

The link in Grankless' post doesn't work because these forums insert a space in an unbroken string every 75 characters. To post long links, use the URL format tags.

Here is a working link.
