To me the anadi heritage
You envenom your fangs. If the next fangs Strike you make before the end of your turn hits and deals damage, the Strike deals an additional 1d6 poison damage. On a critical failure, the poison is wasted as normal. At 12th level, this poison damage increases to 2d6.
but also any other anadi feat involving fangs ( Hunter's fang and disorienting venom), shows that it's intended to be nothing but fang attacks.

Almost all characters start out trained in unarmed attacks. You can Strike with your fist or another body part, calculating your attack and damage rolls in the same way you would with a weapon...
Table 6–6: Unarmed Attacks lists the statistics for an unarmed attack with a fist, though you’ll usually use the same statistics for attacks made with any other parts of your body. Certain ancestry feats, class features, and spells give access to special, more powerful unarmed attacks. Details for those unarmed attacks are provided in the abilities that grant them.
Per CRB, "Fist" attacks can come from any part of your body. For a human shaped PC, hitting with your fist is the same as hitting with your elbow, knees, feet, or other appendage. Anadi have the same option. While they don't have fists, they do have 8 legs and pedipalps which is the non-leg mouth part that doesn't have fangs. "Kicking" with one of their legs or punching with a pedipalp should use the Fist stats.

I don't see how that's related at all. A feature that powers up their fangs means they can't punch?

I think I did read it wrong.
I thought the op were asking whether an Anadi would be able or not to use the fang unarmed attack for unarmed attacks with legs.
