I have an idea for a sorcerer with ADHD. Every spell must make a concentration check. Passing or failing (and how bad you fail) affects the outcome.
However what should the bloodline be for something like this?
A Sorcerer with such high ADHD remembers me some Oracle curses like Curse of Ancestral Meddling but of course Oracle aren't sorcerers.
If you want you can take Wellspring Mage for your sorcerer and use it as a representation of ADHD.
"Your sorcerer is very strong spellcasters with almost unlimited power but it's suffer from a strong ADHD (may caused by such strong magical power) that's affect it's ability to keep control of it's power.
Sometimes it may loose control (Wellspring Surges) but when it's able to keep it's mind focused it's able to use it's most stronger spells in virtually any dangerous situation no matter how much it's used it's powers it's like they just never ends".
I think Curse of Torrential Knowledge fits better. But still, that is an Oracle curse.
But if I have learned anything from my discussions about representing an Autistic character, it is that a public forum isn't the best place to try and figure something like that out.

As someone with ADHD, I’m of the mind that the most responsible way to do this is just roleplay, not mechanics.
