Earth's Harrow Deck . . . and Golarion's Tarot Deck

So I just read this article about the origins of the Tarot Deck. Reading that the origin of this was in such recent times got me wondering: What's the in-world origin of Golarion's Harrow? Is it traceable to any one creator, or is it lost in the mists of the past?

Agents of Edgewatch has a very good Harrow article, covering traditions across the world (including Arcadia!).

Any spoilers summary for those of us who don't have that AP?

(And by the way, where's our Harrowed Medium that they teased us with all the way back in the Mesozoic 1st Edition time when Occult Adventures was in playtest?)

Azlanti playing cards inspired the ancient ancestors of the Varisians to create decks filled with the symbols and heroes of their cultural storytelling tradition. The Harrow began to show innate magic after Earthfall, and had spread by uncertain means to Arcadia and Garund by the Age of Anguish; central Arcadia (Innazpa is noted, which suggests the entire Fallen Razatlan region of Innazpa, Nalmeras, Razatlan, and Xopatl) is apparently as much a hub for the Harrow as Varisia.

As for your second question, I'd gladly welcome any 2e Medium. There's apparently plans for a Harrower Archetype in the Stolen Fate player's guide, which should drop April 2023.

Magic only after Earthfall in a deck full of symbols and originating in Azlant ?

From now on, my headcanon will be that the essence of Amaznen, Azlanti god of Invention, magic, and secret knowledge, found refuge in the Harrow.

^^Now I've got this vision of a Post-Apocalyptic Earth that has experienced, among other civilization-ending and reality-shattering disasters, the failure of its planetary Anti-Magic Field, and Tarot Decks start to show magic . . . .
