Inner Sea World Guide was 49.99 back in 2011. There's been a 31.7% cumulative rate of inflation since then, so the fact that in 2022 they are finally raising their prices ~10% means they are still making less money per book. Since the PDFs cost the same, this is probably about the price of shipping and manufacturing which has gotten significantly more expensive for a cadre of complex reasons that are beyond the scope of the Paizo forums.
