In 5E, does one
* - Leave it in Golarion? In which case does the Golarion Pantheon need 5E domains? (What about Warlocks?)
* - Transplant it into a WoTC setting? In that case were would be a good spot? What are some good exchanges for Golarion deities?

As far as I know they're not going to provide domains for Golarion deities but it still takes place on the island of Kortos.

That is what I had expected, but not quite what I had hoped for.

Has anyone in the community already done this conversion?

The free Abomination Vaults Player's Guide is for PF2, mechanically, but the Backgrounds could all be used to inspire 5e characters. It presents the Cosmic Caravan pantheon:

Quote:

The deities worshiped by the faithful of the Cosmic Caravan include: Desna, Groetus, and Sarenrae; the empyreal lords Ashava,

Black Butterfly, and Pulura; the elven god Ketephys; and the outer god Yog-Sothoth.

Domains darkness, fate, freedom, moon
Alternate Domains star, void

The best 5e Cleric Domains for the Cosmic Caravan would be, IMO, are Life, Trickery, and Twilight - most of them are gods of travel, change, and the night sky. One who leaned on sun goddess Sarenrae especially hard could easily go Light, while a follower of elven hunter Ketephys might go Nature.

Lost Omens: Gods & Magic details the "core 20" deities of Golarion in good detail, as well as giving more brief treatments to quite a few others - that's going to be your best source, and most of the info from it is on the Archives of Nethys 2e for free with Paizo's consent. It's generally pretty easy to eyeball; deities the Freedom or Luck domains in PF2 best translate to Trickery in 5e, while Gozreh's mix of Air, Cold, Lightning, and Water is a clear parallel to 5e's Tempest Domain.

If there's a specific 5e Domain you're curious about Golarion gods for, or a specific Golarion god you need 5e Domains for, I'd be happy to help.

It appears that the situation on the ground has changed! But in a good way ...
