Customer Service - Ticket ID 158909 14th June (Overcharged Problem)

Hi CS,

I want to find out just how long I can expect to wait for this ticket to start being looked at?

I have no comms at all since opening the ticket and as it involves an overcharging on a product it is worrying.

Like others have said, I would like to add that some sort of indication of the queue and wait time would be really good, and, when it involves customers being out of pocket then maybe that needs to be resolved as quickly as possible?

Anyway, could someone from Paizo please contact me about this as it is leaving a very bad taste in the mouth :-(
