Just looking to confirm from my own research, the closest weapon in-game to approximate the haladie is the orc knuckle dagger?

That is almost exactly what the Knuckle Dagger is. There have been a FEW different illustrations made of it that don't actually agree on what it is supposed to look like, but the ones which actually feature Orcs wielding them all showcase them with blades jutting out from both sides of the palm just like the haladie.

I figured, but wanted to make sure.
This complicates things...it's not a Thrown weapon, nor a Monk weapon, so the character concept I was thinking of is gonna be hard to realize.

If your GM/you don't mind homebrew you could probably adjust an orc knuckle dagger to have both those traits. The big kicker trait it has is Agile, which I imagine wouldn't change. Removing Disarm and Orc, and subbing in Thrown and Monk, maybe along with a bump up to advanced would probably get it where you want it.
Though if you intend to also play a monk you'll be stuck trying to get its proficiency where you want it.Gisher |

I don't think there is anything that will give it the thrown trait, but Ancestral Weaponry can give it the monk trait.

Pretty sure the Haladie is not a throwing weapon anyway. From what I can find it is a twin-bladed parrying dagger mostly used in the off-hand; with the opposing blades used to make blocking easier. Looks like many of them also include a center handguard.
I'd just play it as a Main-Gauche.
If you really want to throw it, the starknife is a pretty good match. That is also center-gripped and multi-bladed. Knock off two blades and call it a Haladie; Bob's your uncle.
