Invisible Blades?

The 1e Spymaster's Handbook contains the following potential backstory, under the Saboteur section:

Quote:
Quantium Problem-Solver: You witnessed a devastating magical accident in Nex, possibly engineered by the Invisible Blades, and realized how easy it would be to eliminate anyone undetected in similar fashion. You gain access to the dangerously curious and mercenary traits, as well as the magical klutz drawback.

The Invisible Blades aren't mentioned anywhere else in the text, and they aren't mentioned in either the Inner Sea World Guide or the Lost Omens World Guide. Is this group defined anywhere? I can't tell if they're some kind of espionage agency for Nex, or if it's some sort of insurgency.

The only reference I can find to a group called "invisible blades" is the 3.5 PRC.

So its either that combined with some accident that they cause in Nex. Or its an entire new group that Paizo has never talked about for one reason or another.

You could probably use it to make your own secret organization of magic assassins.

Nex does have a ‘Master of Assassins’ on its ruling council, but those assassins aren’t given a name as a group. It certainly seems like the most likely answer, but I’d love some certainty on it.
