If I've got a crossblooded Sorcerer, is there any way to get a third bloodline's arcana? Eldritch Heritage wouldn't do it, a level dip in Blood Arcanist wouldn't do it. But even then, I wouldn't want to dip into any other level.
EDITED TO ADD, IF IT HELPS: I don't care about gaining any of the other functions of the bloodline, only in gaining the Bloodline Arcana.

Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell that deals energy damage, you can change the type of damage to match the type of your bloodline. This also changes the spell’s type to match the type of your bloodline.
At will, to be able to change my spells to my element, AND changing the Spell Descriptor of the spell (which is, probably, more important to my plans, heh)
not arcana, but to change the spell's damage
if you got a nice party member who can cooperate with you then:
for acid\fire\electricity\cold spells you can use this with the right race of party member.
it work like the metamagic feat (without increasing the spell level) which should also change the spells's descriptor.(but that might be gm depended)
for sonic the following can even be used with a valet familiar (as he gain your teamwork feats) but again im not 100% sure the spell's descriptor changes.

I don't think there is I looked into it awhile back trying to combine arcane/celestial/elemental - fire to replicate the theme peri-blooded Aasimars are descended from fallen fire angels. All I could find was class level dips to unlock a bloodline and that's tied to said class as far as I know. Even if it isn't your loosing a level. Nothihng else I could find would work. Maybe in some 3rd party suppliment.
An evocation specialist wizard with the admixture sub school can do the same thing 3+int mod times per day. So adding a wizard school is another route. VMC wizard will get you this as 7th level.

There is a (wizard) school power: Versatile Evocation from the focused school Admixture. It changes the damage type and the descriptor. You are restricted to 3+Int per day, but I guess that won't make much of a difference in actual play.
Further, there is the Elemental Spell metamagic, probably as a rod. But you'd have to negotiate with your GM whether it affects the descriptor and you'd need a separate feat / rod per target element.
Be careful to not rely too much on a single trick. When the trick doesn't work, you are screwed. And when the GM nerfs the trick significantly (whether directly or indirectly), you are screwed, too. Have at least one backup plan.
