Played in 3 Pathfinder sessions at Rising Phoenix Con in MA; got credit for 2

Hi!

I played my first Pathfinder Society Organized Play sessions at the Rising Phoenix Con in Milford, MA on April 22-24. I had a lot of fun! Anyways, I went on to Paizo to register the character during the weekend. I played in Scenarios 3-08 (Foundation's Price), 3-02 (The East Hill Haunting) and 3-99 (Fate in the Future [L 1-4]), in that order. I signed in by paper for 3-08 and 3-99; electronically for 3-02. I've received the paper copies for all 3 (though the second was a little later than the 1st and 3rd). My electronic copy on Paizo, however, only registers 3-08 and 3-99. I'd like to have the electronic copy square with my paperwork, so that I can get all of the rewards I've earned.

What do I need to do to get this straightened out? I have been looking all over the site for directions for this, but I haven't found any (which could easily be my issue).

Thanks,

Patrick

There's a few ways. You can email orgplayreportingerrors@paizo.com with a copy of your Chronicle, but this will only get the session reported for you. Not the other players.

I'd recommend reaching out to either of your other GMs (since you have their contact information via the sessions that were reported), or try the Convention Organizer if you still have their email from when you registered.

It will also likely show up, eventually, because the GM has incentive to get their sessions reported. But usually by a couple weeks, it should have been done by now. Maybe a # was transposed somewhere.

The first thing, welcome to Society play. It is great to have you.

The next thing to do is reach out the con organizers to see if there was an error made when entering the information. They could also be behind in gettig information entered. Give Them as much information as you can, including the GM PFS number.

The paper copies is what matterd but having the table reported with the correct numbers ensure that players received the AcP they are due.

Also, now that you have credit for 2 adventures you can get a free Wayfinder. Just go to the Boons tab on the Organized play tab.

I believe I have contacted the person who was Organizing that convention. Im glad you had a fun time because it sounded like a fun time. I wonder if one of my friends GM'd for you.

This will be taken care of tonight, the GM that ran 3-02 used RPG Chronicles and forgot to forward that link to me.

Just note that the chronicle you get is the official record, so you still have credit and can level your character/spend credits/gold even if the game isn't reported.

While that is true, if it isn’t reported, the player doesn’t earn the ACPs, either.

Either way the game is now reported and they have ACP and the physical chronicle.

Also the player won't have access to boons if the game is not reported.

In any case, I am glad it is fixed.

With the importance of reporting tables, maybe a specific thread should be setup for this?
