I would say all of them, since there is nothing saying to choose one of them. The use of the word "or" instead of "and" is interesting, and I could definitely see an argument for only choosing one. Expanded Inspiration uses "and" in place of "or", but is otherwise worded exactly the same... including the whole bit at the end about being trained in the skill. I would play it exactly the same as Expanded Inspiration, allowing it to apply to every skill on the list, provided he’s trained in the skill.
