I did a little digging. It looks like the places in Tampa aren't running games anymore according to the Flat Rolling Surfaces Map. You might want to do a little more searching though. Tampa is so big that there has to be PFS games happening somewhere.

I hope you find a game store. There's always PbP or VTT gaming, at least.
