Untyped bonuses from different sources stack. So, yes.
A "source" is generally the same kind of origin. So, if you happened to get 2 familiars with the same kind of bonus, those wouldn't stack. But a feat and a familiar are very different sources so certainly stack. Even untyped bonuses from similar sources often stack. So, if you had Improved Initiative and some unrelated feat that gave an untyped bonus to initiative, then those bonuses would stack.
