These Auras?
Most of them are caused by spells, so if you counteract the spell, it will end the Aura also. But it is late and I don't remember exactly how to target a spell once it has already been cast. Dispel Magic probably.
Not sure how long the Magnetic Suit effect lasts to begin with. So I am not sure how useful or practical it would be to end the effect early.

The question is not exactly precise.
If you mean: Can I use Dispel Magic on an aura, the answer is no. You can only target a spell or magic item with Dispel Magic. Now, if you dispel a spell that creates an aura, you dispel the aura with the spell.
And if you mean: Can I suppress an aura with an ability that can target magical effects, like Sunder Spell, then the answer is yes.
