At what level is the earliest one could become a hallowed necromancer?
It's a Level 2 Dedication Feat. Perquisites are: Good Alignment, able to cast spells using spell slots, able to cast at least one necromancy spell (non-issue for most), and Expert in Religion.
What is with these level 2 dedication feats with near imposible requisites to reach by level 2? Is there any way to get both spellcasting and expert Religion at 2?

That is what I am asking as well.

Rogue Eldritch Trickster, and that's pretty much it. They should've just made it a lvl 4 dedication or Trained in Religion, but oh well...

Not even Rogue Eldritch Trickster qualifies. You need to be able to cast spells from spell slots, and Rogue's ET won't give you that until after you spent your level 4 class feat to get the basic spellcasting benefits for your character's multiclass archetype.

They really need to errata it later so that you just need to be trained in Religion instead of expert instead.

That's the only one I know of. What others are there?

I know that entry feat into Captivator is a 4th level feat but is more like a 2nd level in what it gives.

Do I understand this correctly?

To gain the Lich Archetype, one must craft a Soulcage.

To craft a Soulcage, one must have the Lich Archetype.

Which came first, the Lich or the Soulcage?

I believe you perform the rituals and make the soul cage as part of taking the feat. It's rather like the Living Monolith archetype needing rituals to complete the prereqs for the feat. I would assume it happens off-screen or in downtime.

What surprises me is that a lich only needs to be an expert in crafting, rather than a master, when IIRC you need a master rank in crafting in order to make a Soul Cage because it is higher than level 7.

Seeing the skeleton ancestry now, makes a fine swashbuckler. Thinking battle dancer. Or rather, "Rattle Dancer".

Fighter: There is something you should know about me.

Skeleton: What's that?
Fighter: *switches sword to other hand* I'm not left-handed.
Skeleton: Then I suppose it's only fair to tell you, *Pulls off left arm, holds it in right hand* neither am I.

And yes, pulling off your left arm with your right and using it to extend your striking distance is a feat that skeletons can take.

It even makes the enemy flat-footed for the first attack, which is one of the most appropriate addenda I've ever seen to a feat.

Ooh, now I'm thinking female teenage necromancer in training with a zombie sloth familiar that hangs from her shoulders like a backpack.

Ironically, becoming a zombie would make a sloth faster, since they no longer have a metabolism to speak of.

Vera: Human (ghost) summoner (anger phantom), undead (ghost) companion.

That castle, and its horrible vampiric baroness, have killed *so many people*. She's killed them horribly, and unrighteously, and some fo them crave revenge enough to stick around, in the hopes of seeing her some day destroyed.

Of these many angered dead, Vera is only the most recent... but by that same token, she has friends.

The location she's tied to is, of course, the castle, Her unfinished business is that the baroness is not yet destroyed. That's also the unfinished business of her eidolon and also of her (sadly diminished) undead companion.
