I would like to write a story for a german fanzine. The fanzine is available free of charge as a PDF but there is also a printed version (with the exact same content) for which there is a charge.
Is that possible under the community use guideline?
Mebbe if the cost of the physical item is used to only cover the costs of printing it out? Hard to say under the CUP but mebbe the Wayfinder fanzine model is worth looking at?

As long as the content isn't locked behind a paywall, that sounds ok. You'll just need to make sure the fanzine includes the Community Use Policy text citing who owns the trademarks and IP included in the story, and is registered on the Community Use registry here on paizo.com.
