Star Tower (Scarwall Keep, CotCT)

We know that Star Tower in Scarwall Keep is one of the "Nails" that Asmodeus and Sarenrae used to seal-up Rovagug's prison. We know that there are other 'star towers' in the setting.

But have any been published, even just in reference, elsewhere? Like maybe, 'there's one in Casmaron, and there's one under the The World's Edge Mountains that's totally in The Darklands.'

....I seem to remember there's one in Nidal. Right?
