Since the Pale Horse is described as looking long dead and able to see bones within and the picture is pretty much a skeleton that is a good bet.
It also doesn't fit the other descriptions.
Black Horse: Midnight flesh
Red Horse: Looks living, covered in gore
White Horse: Covered with foul puss dripping sores
The greek word 'pale' here often meant green/greenish yellow not just 'light colored' and you can see some of that color in the image, particularly in the vapor coming from it.
