New Arrowverse show in development and is looking to cast David Ramsey as the lead, reprising his role as John Diggle, to mentor 5 younger heroes as they navigate both freshman year of college and becoming super heroes.
Not a lot of other information, including who the 5 young heroes will be, but guessing it could be ready for the fall season if they're signing contracts now.

I'm still wondering if there will BE a CW or Arrowverse given that there are signs the current ownership wants to sell it off to some right wing media group...
Considering the newer CW shows have streaming rights for HBO Max, I'm pretty sure there will continue to be an arrowverse as long as it brings in the viewers. New ownership wouldn't buy the CW network to dump its popular shows.

NextStar isn’t necessarily a right wing media group, their in house produced news program is regarded as centrist compared with the content from Sinclair Broadcasting (which is also a bidder on the CW) and other indie local station networks.
WB/CBS are looking to sell the network operations part as it is no longer profitable as a joint venture between the two networks. The new owner of the CW would still have distribution rights for any current content created for the CW.

A number of reasons: lack of profit from the network itself, the fact that both Warner Bros and CBS have changed corporate ownership multiple times since they partnered on the CW, the fact that they both have competing streaming platforms.
The reasons were outlined in the official statement.

Pretty sure production costs weren’t what I was referring to with the phrase “for profit,” nor were they the only concern for Greek stagings since all productions were a competition with the gate (profit) going to the shows voted the winner, but what does this have to do with a. Justice U and b. the pending sale of the CW?
