Humanoid Augmentation

Advice

So I have these archives of Haagenti that specializes in humanoid augmentation to make “ultimate warriors” for a great invasion. So far the types I have are:

1) Fleshwarping.
2) Symbiotes (Ebberon conversion)
3) Technology (archives can time jump unknown to players)
4) Demonic conversion (either half fiend template or new race)
5) I’m looking at the 3.5 Half Golem template but all the ability negatives make it a head scratcher unless I’m not understanding something. Like they get a -6 to INT and CHA so unless the Orc (majority of troopers are Orcs, Goblins and Ogres) then the conversion would leave them with animal intelligence or worse

Are there more augmentation options out there?

Deific Obedience, or maybe it's Feindish Obedience to Mazmezz can turn you into a size Large [lower half, at least] Drider-spider-thing... I think it's the 2nd Evangelist boon, if that matters.

The Evangelist prestige class offers a Spiritual Form that will give you an extra appendage for a certain amount of time per day.

If you wear Lamashtu's "Mother's Mask", all your offspring are born with the Fiendish template.

Agent of the Grave allows you to keep your mind if you become Undead. Even without becoming a Lich or Vampire, things like the Mark of the Devoted feat, or being killed by a Ghoul would get your there.

Pretty sure a Vivisectionist can make Anthropomorphic Animal permenant two levels earlier than everyone else via Torturous Transformation... so Alchemy ritual stuff... might could as Fleshwarping, though. And that's not Humanoids, my bad.

There are some rituals that turn you into a demon, and a lich. Those might help some? Found in occult adventures I believe. Also, tech from numeria has cybernetic upgrades.

Maybe alter an alchemists mutagen?

One thing I decided was custom mutagens that work on non alchemist (toned down to not be op)

I already have Demons planned I am reskinning evolved Orcs as Broadkill from Rifts (bigger meaner dumber orcs that can turn invisible 1/day unless they get an augmentation that blocks innate magic)

Stat wise I did an orc added invisibility and changed bonuses to:

Size large.
+8 STR
-2 DEX
+4 CON
-4 INT
-4 WIS
-4 CHA
Treat as both Orcs and Demons for effects such as bane, favorite enemy etc.

I play tested 5 of them against 3 level 3 players (one being a ranger favorite enemy orc) 4 had npc levels or Warrior and 1 the leader had fighter levels. They demanded the proper amount of threat respect but still got wasted (easy to hit but hp pool with ferocity so took a while).

The Exchange

Lycanthropes...

If you're looking at D&D 3.5 content already, there are a bunch of types of grafts that are of interest. The Silithar Grafts in particular are ones with no real downside, while Illithid grafts, demon grafts, etc. tended to come with a downside.

If you have access to Incarnum or Akashic Mysteries, soulmelds/veils are accessible via feat investment and could be reflavored that way. Apparently there's already a way to refluff Akashic Mysteries as cybertech, for instance.

Savage Species is straight up D&D 3.0, IIRC, but if you're diving, it has a number of Wish rituals for adding subtypes and other modifications. The Tauric Creature template is also of potential interest.

You may also want to look up the Emerald Legion for an example of an IKEA Tarrasque that was template stacking, etc. to make a supersoldier.
