Barbarian Pounce and flying

Simple question but a big debate in the game I'm in.

Can a Barbarian pounce while flying in the air to another target in the air?

Yes, you can, as can be seen by the text of the feat Death From Above: "Whenever you charge an opponent from higher ground, or from above while flying (...)"
