Wanted to check on this order because it has exceeded the shipping time. I would normally check the tracking but it's been broken on Paizo orders for months. Thanks for your help!
Our apologies about UPS MI tracking not being able to update but I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 12/13 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would've been yesterday 12/23. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. Although, we have seen minor delays due to the holidays and global shipping issues. So, we are allowing some extra time for orders to be delivered but if it doesn’t show up by 1/7, please let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
