So I'm playing a fighter I'm level 11
I have str mod 5
Weapon focus
Greater weapon focus
Two weapon fighting
Improved two weapon fighting
Greater two weapon fighting
And two +1 nine ring broad sword
effortless dual wielding
Where I get lost is applying the bonuses from the archetype and two weapon fighting feats
I understand that before the feats my attack looks like this 19/14/9
11 bab 5 str mod +2 from focus feats +1 from weapon

Effortless Dual-Wielding is an AWT that you can't get because Two-Weapon Warrior loses Weapon Training.

11 (BAB) +5 (Str) +1 (WFocus) +1 (GWFocus) +2 ('Twin Blades') +1 (weapon enchantment) -1 (TWF penalty with a light weapon reduces by one via 'Improved Balance') = 20

With Effortless Dual-Wielding (if your GM made an exception): +20/+16/+10 (both for MH and OH)

Without Effortless Dual-Wielding: +19/+14/+9

Awesome thanks so I found away around that by taking the martial focus feat which allowed me to pick a weapons group

That doesn't help. The AWT feat asks for the "weapon training class feature", which you don't have (and the feat is not a weapon mastery feat, and thus isn't covered by the special line).

Herolab puts your build with the Two weapon archetype at +17/+12/+7, when using Twin Blades it's +19/+14/+9

Straight Fighter with no Archetype (with Effortless Dual wield) is shown to be +19/+14/+9

I've found that for TWF builds the straight fighter has been the way to go.

Yeah, two weapon fighter is frequently outperformed by a normal fighter, which is pretty drat weird, but well, lots of things are.

Oh, an often underutilized magic item on any straight fighter is this:
Sash of the war champion

Depending on your build, it can translate into an extra dex modifier, from a body slot, and is probably still a +1 to all dex and str skills for a pretty cheap cost.

Silver Crusade

I propose an alternative- (If you can swap around things at this point)

Dex 20 You focus on this stat.
Str- 2nd highest stat/even with con

Feats-
1- Weapon finesse, Quick Draw
2- TWF
3- Weapon focus
4- Weapon specialization
5- AWT Trained Grace
6- Improved TWF
7- w/e
8- Greater Weapon focus
9- w/e
10- w/e
11- Two weapon Rend

You could also take double slice/vital/improved vital strike and pick the the weapon trick Double-strike. (which you should be able to use in conjuncture with vital strike)

Assuming about a 14(low end) strength and some gloves of dueling-
11 BaB, 5 dex, 2 Weapon focus, 1 magic weapon, +4 weapon training

thats +21/+16/+11 to hit with TWF

Damage is-
1d6+2(str)+2(wep spec)+8(wep training)+1(magic) for 1d6+13

Or, there about.
