I ended up with the wrong scenario support. I should have 8-16 House of Harmous wisdom in my downloads, instead I recieved, Pathfinder Society Scenario #7–16—Faithless and Forgotten, Part 2: Lost Colony of Taldor (PFRPG) in my downloads.

The special will kick off on January 10th, with the rest of the con.

Sorry for the delay! Player signups for the PF2 special are now open! Please carefully check the venue (forum vs. Discord) and tier listed for a table when signing up. If you are signing up for a Discord table, please include your discord handle so that your GM can get you added to the table when it's created.

PF2 #3-99 Fate in the Future - Player Signups

Hi, everyone, I'm excited to announce that we have the opportunity to include a retired scenario in NostalgiaCon! The Director of Community Tonya Woldridge will be running Eye of the Crocodile King.

We are expecting this to be popular, so players will be chosen by lottery. The participating players will be drawn on Thursday, January 6th. Players chosen will be notified by email. (5 players will be chosen by this lottery; one player will be chosen differently for administrative reasons)

This scenario will give normal PFS credit to a character and otherwise follow the usual rules.

If you would like to be included in the lottery, please fill out the google form found here.

The original scenario was tier 1-5. Presumably they didn't change the tier when semi-unretiring it.

I sent a notice to the winners, but if they do not respond promptly, will be choosing replacements. I told people they had 48 hours to check in; at about 24 hours I'll try to send a notice a different way to make sure that one email going astray does not result in losing a spot.

Final instructions to GMs: (these instructions are for PF1 games only. GMs for the PF2 special should follow the instructions House GM Dennis will give you.)

Make sure you report your game by 3/6, the end of the convention. If your table isn't quite done, report by the deadline and let me know if anything changes, like a character dying. reporting link is here.

Each player (and that includes the GM) should roll a D20 to see if they win a boon; a 19 or 20 wins, winners need to roll 1d2 to see which boon. Players must be given a chance to roll their own boons rather than the GM rolling for the whole table.

GMs, please remember to indicate in the comments whether you want PFS1 GM Boon #B1 (Batrachian Hero, Beast-Blooded, and Feline Curiosity) or
PFS1 GM Boon #B2 (Child of a Wandering World, Telepath of an Alien World, and Vestige of a Distant World)
