This said it shipped on the 20th of October with an estimated shipping of 11 to 20 business days. It is now past the 20th business day and I am starting to get concerned.

Oh no, I'm so sorry your order didn't arrive! It looks like it should've been there by now so I think it was, unfortunately, lost in the mail. So, I went ahead and set up replacements to be shipped with your next subscription order. If you need them sooner, just let me know :)
