2 handed pistol grip.

What would be a reasonable adjustment for a player who grips a one handed firearm with 2 hands? I figured just adding 10 feet to the range would be good. What else could be adjusted?

That's something I find strange they didn't consider.

I think 10 feet is enough, as it would result into a better range increment and better chance to hit depends the distance.

Or, if you consider it not a grip but something which requires 1 action ( like shield raise ) every single turn, maybe even adding something else could work.

I know somebody could go with always 2 hands on a gun, but same could be said about wandering with the raised shield. It would be just a matter of balance between action management rather than "reality stuff".

Anyway, I don't know, 10 more feet and ignore lesser cover?

10ft to the range is about the most I would give. Using a pistol with 2 hands really just allows you to hold it more steady (mostly for shots fired in rapid succession). You could translate that as increased range.

Alternatively, it could be likened to the agile property but I'm hesitant to give out anything that changes attack rolls like that.

It probably shouldn't do anything that a 2 handed firearm couldn't. I think range is the only factor to work with unfortunately. I kinda wish their was some support for it with class feats. Something like dual handed assault but for guns. Oh well.
