Can an Elementalist Witch ever gain the Elemental focus spells?

It seems like they can't, but that seems... weird? So I'm wondering if I missed an obvious option.

I guess Magi and Summoners can't either, looking at it a bit more.

Yes, I think this is a function of the witch not getting a base focus spell (since they get the arguably better hex cantrip).

I suppose a homebred solution would be to allow an elementalist witch to replace a lesson hex with a focus, although I don't know why you would want to.

Wow, just noticed that it is the same for Universalist Wizard, and Sorcerers not of the Elemental bloodline (whether Arcane or Primal).

That does look like an oversight, as it really limits the classes/subclasses that really enjoy the archetype fully.

Doesn't a witch get "phase familiar" as baseline focus spell?

I am looking on AoN now but can't read any info apart from "sorcerer, druid and wizard". Kinda strange there's no word about witches, summoners and magi.

No. And I thought that was intentional. Druid doesn't get many of them either. They can get Updraft instead of the normal Tempest Surge for being Storm Order.

Not that I would ever recommend taking Elementalist archetype on a Witch anyway without some houserules to get Basic Lesson automatically...

That's because Druid can access them already with their new Orders, apart from Updraft that they can only get as an Elemntalist.
